What You'll Do
✅ Operate large-capacity forklifts to transport finished products throughout the yard
✅ Load outbound trailers according to shipping schedules and load plans
✅ Unload incoming deliveries and store materials properly
✅ Safely handle and move concrete products without damage
✅ Assist with inventory control and locating products for shipment
✅ Maintain an organized, clean, and safe yard environment
✅ Work closely with drivers, plant personnel, and supervisors
✅ Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and traffic-control procedures
What We're Looking For
✔ 2–3 years of forklift, yard, or material-handling experience
✔ Experience operating large-capacity forklifts preferred
✔ Manufacturing, construction, or industrial experience a plus
✔ Ability to work safely outdoors in all weather conditions
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ Basic knowledge of shipping documents and load securement
✔ Reliable attendance and strong safety mindset
Work Environment
- Primarily outdoor industrial work
- Exposure to weather, dust, heavy equipment, and machinery
- Fast-paced production environment
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- PPE required, including steel-toe boots, hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, and high-visibility gear
