Looking for a hands-on production role with consistent hours and growth opportunities? We're hiring Blender Helpers to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced food production environment.
What You'll Do
✅ Assist with blending operations to meet daily production goals
✅ Verify ingredients and batch weights before production runs
✅ Follow blending procedures, GMPs, and food safety guidelines
✅ Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
✅ Clean and sanitize equipment to quality standards
✅ Report safety, quality, or food safety concerns promptly
✅ Work alongside team members across multiple production areas
✅ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
✔ Ability to read and follow written instructions
✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
✔ Commitment to safety and food quality standards
✔ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
✔ Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or food production experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
• Stand, walk, bend, stretch, and climb throughout the shift
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Perform repetitive movements in a labor-intensive environment
• Comfortable using stairs, ladders, and elevated work platforms
• Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours as production requires
