Are you an experienced fabricator or welder looking for a stable, full-time opportunity? Join a growing manufacturing team and help build and repair metal forms used in large-scale infrastructure and construction projects.
What You'll Do
✅ Fabricate, assemble, and repair steel forms and molds
✅ Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
✅ Measure, cut, drill, grind, fit, and weld materials
✅ Perform MIG welding and other fabrication processes
✅ Operate fabrication equipment including saws, grinders, torches, and drill presses
✅ Modify existing forms to meet production requirements
✅ Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy
✅ Troubleshoot fabrication issues and recommend solutions
✅ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
What We're Looking For
✔ 2+ years of fabrication, welding, or manufacturing experience preferred
✔ MIG welding experience required
✔ Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
✔ Experience with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
✔ Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
✔ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment
Work Environment
- Heavy industrial manufacturing facility
- Exposure to dust, noise, machinery, and varying temperatures
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting
- PPE required, including steel-toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, and gloves
