What You'll Do
✅ Assist with concrete production, pouring, finishing, and repairs
✅ Build and tie rebar cages for reinforcement
✅ Prepare, clean, and strip concrete forms
✅ Operate hand and power tools safely
✅ Move materials and finished products throughout the plant
✅ Maintain a clean and safe work environment
✅ Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
✅ Support daily production goals and team success
What We're Looking For
✔ Manufacturing, construction, or industrial experience preferred
✔ Comfortable using hand and power tools
✔ Able to read a tape measure and perform basic math
✔ Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
✔ Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment
Work Environment
- Industrial manufacturing setting
- Exposure to dust, noise, machinery, and varying temperatures
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting
- Steel-toe boots and other PPE required
