Looking for a hands-on manufacturing role with growth potential? We're hiring Machine Operators to support production operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.
What You'll Do
✅ Operate coating and production equipment safely and efficiently
✅ Perform machine adjustments and minor repairs as needed
✅ Assist with material roll changeovers and production setup
✅ Operate material handling equipment, including lift devices and pallet-moving equipment
✅ Maintain proper material flow and production documentation in SAP
✅ Complete quality and traceability records accurately
✅ Monitor adhesive supply and equipment performance during production runs
✅ Respond quickly to production issues to minimize downtime
✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
✅ Support continuous improvement and workplace organization initiatives
What We're Looking For
✔ Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
✔ Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
✔ Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking
✔ Strong attention to detail and quality standards
✔ Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently
✔ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
• Stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Work in a manufacturing environment around machinery and production equipment
