Industrial Maintenance Mechanic – Night Shift

💰 Starting at $28/hr (Based on Experience) + $2/hr Shift Differential
Are you an experienced Maintenance Mechanic looking for a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment? We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our night shift team.
What You'll Do
✅ Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
✅ Inspect, diagnose, and maintain production machinery and equipment
✅ Read blueprints and technical schematics to identify and resolve issues
✅ Install, repair, and maintain conveyors and material handling systems
✅ Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
✅ Operate machine shop equipment such as lathes, grinders, drills, and milling machines
✅ Use welding and cutting equipment safely and effectively
✅ Ensure all work is completed safely and on time
What We're Looking For
✔ Electrical troubleshooting experience
✔ Pneumatics experience required
✔ Hydraulic knowledge preferred
✔ Experience with material handling systems
✔ Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
✔ Maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
✔ Technical degree, trade school training, or equivalent hands-on experience
Work Environment
• Manufacturing/production setting
• Exposure to machinery, varying temperatures, and industrial equipment
• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Overtime and weekend work may be available
Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally
• Strong safety mindset and attendance record
• Willingness to complete forklift, scissor lift, and Lockout/Tagout training
