What You'll Do
✅ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
✅ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment
✅ Maintain conveyors, forklifts, cranes, pumps, compressors, and other machinery
✅ Fabricate, weld, and modify equipment and structures as needed
✅ Conduct inspections and identify safety or equipment concerns
✅ Support facility maintenance, including lighting, plumbing, and building systems
✅ Maintain maintenance records, logs, and PM schedules
✅ Follow all safety programs, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
✅ Work with vendors and contractors on specialized repairs
What We're Looking For
✔ 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
✔ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
✔ Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
✔ Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
✔ Welding and fabrication experience preferred
✔ Basic PLC knowledge is a plus
✔ Familiarity with OSHA safety practices and LOTO procedures
✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights
Work Environment
- Industrial manufacturing facility
- Exposure to dust, noise, machinery, and varying temperatures
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting
- Required PPE includes steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hard hat, hearing protection, and gloves
