What You'll Do
✅ Load and remove material cores and rolls
✅ Inspect, package, and prepare finished products for shipment
✅ Seal cartons and stack pallets for distribution
✅ Follow work instructions and production specifications
✅ Operate electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
✅ Assist with machine changeovers and production setup
✅ Complete production paperwork and quality documentation
✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
✅ Follow all safety and quality procedures
✅ Support team improvement and workplace organization initiatives
What We're Looking For
✔ Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Strong attention to detail and quality standards
✔ Mechanical aptitude is a plus
✔ Reliable attendance and positive attitude
✔ Team player with good communication skills
✔ Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Physical Requirements
• Frequently stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around production machinery and equipment
