Operations Coordinator

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in manufacturing operations? We're seeking an Operations Coordinator to support production scheduling, inventory management, customer service, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
✅ Coordinate production schedules to ensure on-time customer deliveries
✅ Work closely with Production, Shipping, Purchasing, and Management teams
✅ Process customer orders and provide order status updates
✅ Monitor production progress and communicate schedule changes
✅ Manage inventory accuracy and coordinate cycle counts
✅ Investigate inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions
✅ Assist with inventory audits and physical counts
✅ Support pricing, quotations, and customer inquiries
✅ Maintain accurate data within company systems
✅ Generate reports and analyze production and customer data
✅ Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal departments
What We're Looking For
✔ 2–3 years of customer service, scheduling, or sales support experience in manufacturing
✔ Experience with inventory control and cycle counting
✔ Production scheduling experience preferred
✔ Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills
✔ ERP software experience (IQMS or similar systems preferred)
✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Strong problem-solving and communication skills
✔ Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Education
🎓 High School Diploma or GED required
🎓 Associate Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
Physical Requirements
• Primarily office-based environment
• Frequent computer and phone use
• Occasional lifting of up to 60 lbs.
• Regular interaction with production and warehouse teams
