Inside Sales Representative
Location: Woodbridge, NJ
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (Open to Direct Hire for exceptional candidates)
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:15 PM
- Alternating Saturdays (11:00 AM – 7:15 PM)
- On weeks with a Saturday shift, you will have one weekday off (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday)
- Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH (employee chooses)
Pay Range: $24 per hour + Uncapped Commissions
- One-month training/ramp
- Avg. monthly commission ~ $1,500
- Median annual commission ~ $20,000
- OTE: $70,000–$100,000+

Position Overview
The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound and warm outbound calls to quote and sell personal lines insurance products (auto, home, etc.) for the Company and its affiliates. This role requires strong customer focus, exceptional communication, and the ability to deliver a consultative sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and generated calls to quote and sell personal lines insurance products.
- Deliver a professional, consultative sales experience to help customers choose the best policy for their needs.
- Maintain active knowledge of Company products and guidelines.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, quotes, and sales data within the Company’s systems.
Requirements
- Must obtain NJ Property & Casualty License within the first 4 weeks
- Company-paid training
- Licensing sponsored by the Company
- College degree preferred (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Prior insurance or sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
