Compensation
- $24/hour + uncapped bonus
- OTE: $70,000–$100,000+
Schedule & Flexibility
- Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:15 PM
- Alternating Saturdays: 11:00 AM – 7:15 PM
- On Saturday weeks, enjoy one weekday off (Tuesday–Friday)
- 37.5‑hour workweek with a paid 30‑minute lunch
- Overtime optional (never required)

What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and warm outbound calls to quote and sell personal lines insurance
- Provide a professional, consultative sales experience tailored to each customer
- Educate customers on coverage options and recommend best‑fit policies
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, pricing, and underwriting guidelines
- Accurately document interactions, quotes, and sales activity in company systems
What We’re Looking For
- College degree preferred (not required for strong candidates)
- Prior sales or insurance experience a plus
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
- Strong attention to detail with solid follow‑through
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
