PeopleShare is seeking an experienced Packaging Line Operator to support pharmaceutical packaging operations within a cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment. This role is essential to ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient packaging of pharmaceutical products.
This position requires hands-on experience operating packaging equipment and completing production documentation in a regulated setting. This is not a warehouse, picker/packer, or shipping role.
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 7am-3:30pm

Pay: $28-$30/hr
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor packaging line equipment, including bottle lines, blister packaging, labeling systems, cartoners, and inspection equipment.
• Perform line setup, changeovers, and equipment adjustments to maintain efficient production flow.
• Complete batch record documentation accurately in accordance with cGMP requirements.
• Enter production data into electronic systems and maintain accurate digital records.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and report deviations to supervisors or QA.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant work area.
• Collaborate with the packaging team to meet production schedules.
• Report equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance when needed.
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience operating packaging equipment in a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong familiarity with GMP documentation and batch records.
• Basic computer skills and ability to accurately enter production data.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic equipment adjustments.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
