Shift: 3rd Shift – Overnight | 12:00 AM – 12:00 PM I Monday to Thursday
Pay: $18.00+/hour (based on experience)
Overtime: Guaranteed 4 hours OT

Job Summary
We are hiring a Direct Hire Overnight Batch Production Technician to join our manufacturing team in Kenilworth, NJ. This is a hands‑on overnight role with built‑in overtime, paid training, and long‑term growth potential.
You’ll be trained on batch production processes and supported in developing skills that can lead to higher‑level operator roles over time.
Schedule & Pay Highlights
- 12‑hour overnight shifts (12:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
- Guaranteed 4 hours of overtime
- $18.00+/hour or more, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with batch production activities following standard operating procedures
- Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials accurately
- Operate basic production and mixing equipment
- Complete batch records and production documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety, quality, and GMP guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members across shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing, production, batch making, or warehouse experience preferred (entry‑level candidates welcome)
- Knowledge of Alkyds usage
- Ability to work consistent overnight 12‑hour shifts
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical job duties
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
