We’re seeking a skilled and hands‑on Facilities Technician to support the upkeep, repair, and safe operation of our buildings and facility systems. This role is essential to maintaining a smooth, efficient environment for our manufacturing operations.
Pay Rate: $28–$30/hr based on experience
Location: Monroe Township, NJ (with occasional travel to Neptune City)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
- Conduct routine facility inspections and troubleshoot issues.
- Assist with minor construction, repairs, and renovations.
- Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
- Respond to work orders and emergency maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Support general facility cleanliness and organization as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1–2+ years of facilities maintenance or related experience.
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is a plus.
- Experience with preventative maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects.
Preferred Candidate Traits:
- HVAC, plumbing, and electrical experience (strong plus)
- 3+ years of facilities maintenance experience
- Strong communication skills
