We’re looking for an Office Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys being the go‑to person for all things office-related, and takes pride in creating a polished, welcoming experience for employees, clients, and visitors.
This role supports senior leadership, manages daily operations, and ensures the office runs like a well‑oiled machine.
Monday- Friday, Fully in Office in Princeton, NJ at $ 28-$30/hr

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients; maintain a warm, professional environment.
Manage office facilities, seating charts, and common areas.
Coordinate building maintenance, service providers, and vendor relationships.
Oversee office supplies, kitchen inventory, and weekly Bagel Wednesday.
Answer incoming calls and ensure no sales opportunities are missed.
Plan and execute office events, outings, and employee engagement activities.
Support senior management with internal meetings and onsite client visits.
Handle shipping and receiving (including international parcels), purchase orders, and expense tracking.
Troubleshoot office issues and coordinate with offsite IT support.
Maintain office equipment and schedule repairs as needed.
Must‑Have Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in office management or a similar role.
Strong technical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to take full ownership of office operations.
Professional, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to maintain a positive culture and stay above office gossip.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves):
Experience with NetSuite and Concur.
Background working in global organizations.
Event planning and employee engagement experience (highly preferred).
Familiarity with Perceptiv (bonus).
