We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee all inventory functions across our manufacturing and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for inventory accuracy, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement of inventory processes. You will lead the Inventory Control team and work cross‑functionally to ensure inventory integrity from receipt through manufacturing to shipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Inventory Control team, including hiring, training, coaching, and developing employees.
- Drive inventory accuracy across all operations through strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Perform, review, and reconcile inventory counts.
- Develop and manage a cycle count program that meets business needs and audit requirements.
- Oversee annual physical inventories.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies across manufacturing and warehouse operations.
- Review and verify all inventory adjustments prior to posting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper root‑cause analysis.
- Create, analyze, and present inventory accuracy reports to management.
- Develop and improve processes and procedures to enhance inventory flow and accuracy.
- Partner with warehouse, finance, operations, and master data teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Review inventory for opportunities to improve turns, utilization, SKU management, and excess inventory disposition.
- Ensure ERP inventory records are accurate and up to date.
- Support development of inventory forecasts and execution plans.
- Ensure compliance with inventory policies including FIFO, lot control, expiration management, and regulated product handling.
- Work with Quality to segregate non‑conforming inventory.
- Manage month‑end inventory reconciliation and analysis, including outside warehouse locations.
- Train warehouse and operations personnel on inventory procedures.
- Support special projects and additional tasks as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Inventory Management, including cycle counting and manufacturing operations.
- Experience managing multiple warehouses, $125M+ in inventory, and 6,000+ SKUs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of ERP and WMS systems, including scanner usage.
- Ability to analyze inventory transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing direct reports.
- Strong motivational, training, and team‑development skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
