Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: 50k - 55k
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 after 90 days

What You’ll Do:
- Provide counseling for pre-purchase, rental, foreclosure prevention, and fair housing.
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, including credit and income reviews.
- Advocate for clients in diversion court and work with lenders, landlords, and realtors.
- Facilitate workshops on homeownership and financial literacy.
- Maintain accurate case management records and reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
- HUD Certification: Mandatory at time of hire
- Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Experience: 2–3 years in housing counseling, advocacy, or related social services.
- Skills: Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication, public speaking experience.
- Language: Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
- Traits: Passion for helping people, team-oriented, flexible with schedule adjustments.
