Manufacturing Machine Operator – Machine Shop
First or Second Shift | $18–$23/hour

A job shop machine shop in Lansdale, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator to support the production of custom metal parts for industrial machinery. This position offers steady work on first or second shift and is ideal for candidates with machine shop, metalworking, or fabrication experience.
Manufacturing Machine Operator – Machine Shop Job Responsibilities:
Operate machine shop equipment including saws, presses, drill machines, and cutting equipment
Manufacture custom metal and sheet metal parts based on blueprints and work instructions
Perform accurate measurements using calipers, gauges, measuring tape, and precision tools
Read and interpret blueprints
Load materials, set up parts, and monitor machine operation during production
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Manufacturing Machine Operator – Machine Shop Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of machine shop or metal manufacturing experience
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Experience using measuring tools (calipers, gauges, tape measures, etc.)
High School Diploma or GED required
Reliable transportation to the Lansdale facility
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
