Dry Packer Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm
- Pay: $20/hr + $2 shift differential
- Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
- Location: Macungie, PA
Dry Packer Responsibilities:
- Label, unitize, and box liquid, paste, and powder products safely and accurately.
- Assemble and prepare products for packing according to dry pack sheets and SOPs.
- Ensure correct labels, packaging components, and documentation are used.
- Package high-quality products that meet company and customer standards.
- Pack out orders efficiently while maintaining safety and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Use stand-up trucks and other equipment as required (certification as needed).
Dry Packer Requirements:
- Ability to follow written instructions and complete dry pack sheets accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and willingness to work occasional overtime.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to learn new tasks, equipment, and software.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
