Our office is currently partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Quakertown, PA in their search for an Inside Sales Representative.
Inside Sales Representative Details:
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:30am-4pm
- Pay Rate: $25/hr
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Quakertown, PA
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Process Sales Orders in coordination with Key Account and Outside Sales Managers.
- Monitor the main Sales inbox and respond to customers within 1–2 business days.
- Review Sales Orders for inventory availability, pricing accuracy, and required updates (pricing, Incoterms, etc.).
- Confirm orders and delivery dates through customer portals and internal systems.
- Coordinate with Purchasing to verify delivery timelines and resolve material shortages.
- Support quoting by identifying materials, costs, and lead times.
- Review open order reports and provide updated delivery information to clients.
- Work with Technical Sales to build product and service knowledge.
- Create, assign, and close Work Orders; work with BOMs as needed.
- Build rapport with clients and support company image.
- Organize electronic files in OneDrive per ISO requirements.
Inside Sales Representative Requirements:
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, order management, or a related field preferred.
- Comfortable working across departments and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
