Data Entry Clerk Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
- Pay Rate: $18-20/hr
- Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
- Location: Quakertown, PA
Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter production, inventory, shipping, and quality data into internal systems
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and filing systems
- Verify data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in coordination with production staff
- Prepare routine reports related to production, inventory levels, and operational metrics
- Assist with document control, including work orders, purchase orders, invoices, and logs
- File and organize paper and electronic records in accordance with company policies
- Support clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, emailing, and distributing documents
- Communicate with supervisors, production teams, and other departments as needed
Data Entry Clerk Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework in office administration or data processing preferred
- 1+ year of clerical or data entry experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with production schedules, work orders, and inventory tracking
