Automated Machine Operator (1st Shift)
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay: $21.00/hr
About the Role
We are hiring Machine Operators to run and maintain high‑speed automated assembly equipment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on mechanical work, troubleshooting, and working in a fast‑paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate large‑scale automated assembly machines
- Perform complex repairs, adjustments, setups, and changeovers
- Conduct quality checks and document measurements per the inspection plan
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly preventive maintenance
- Adjust tooling, replace sensors, punches, dies, belts, and other components
- Clear machine jams, reset faults, and restart production
- Use gauges, height indicators, microscopes, and other precision tools
- Package finished product and maintain work area organization
Skill Level
- Entry‑level to early‑career
- Able to follow established procedures
- Comfortable performing routine tasks with growing technical skill
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow safety and quality procedures
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
