- 1st Shift: MondayâFriday | 6:00 AMâ2:30 PM â $21.00/hr
- 2nd Shift: MondayâThursday | 2:15 PMâ12:45 AM â $23.10/hr
- 3rd Shift: SundayâThursday | 10:00 PMâ6:30 AM
- Weekend Day Shift: FridayâMonday | 6:00 AMâ6:00 PM
- Weekend Night Shift: FridayâMonday | 6:00 PMâ6:00 AM

đŠ About the Role
Weâre looking for dependable, detailâoriented Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, youâll assemble and test electronic and mechanical components using precision tools, microscopes, and computer systems. If you enjoy handsâon work, structured processes, and being part of a qualityâdriven team, this could be a great fit.
đ ď¸ What Youâll Do
- Assemble electronic and mechanical components following work instructions and drawings
- Perform testing requiring strong handâeye coordination
- Read and interpret manufacturing drawings and SOPs
- Inspect components for quality and accuracy
- Operate microscopes and basic computer systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S standards)
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with other tasks as directed by the Team Leader

What Weâre Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience (assembly or soldering preferred)
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Mechatronics or Electronics certification preferred
