Recruiter Job Details:
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
• Pay Rate: $19–$22/hour
• Temp to permanent contract
Recruiter Job Description:
• Source high‑quality candidates across multiple industries and maintain an active talent pipeline
• Conduct talent calls, full interviews, interview prep sessions, and orientations
• Complete all pre‑employment requirements, including applications, background checks, drug screenings, I‑9s, W‑4s, and other onboarding documentation
• Create and maintain accurate payroll records, pay rates, job details, and electronic timekeeping credentials
• Update and manage candidate and client data in the company database in a timely and organized manner
• Communicate daily with managers and team members regarding job searches, candidate activity, and hiring progress
• Ensure all processes align with company SOPs and compliance standards
• Participate in daily team meetings
Recruiter Job Requirements:
• Recruiting experience is a plus, but not required
• 3+ years in a customer service or service-focus role
• 3+ years working in an office environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and prioritize deadlines
