The Facilities Technician will be responsible for maintaining the facility, equipment, and building systems to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations. This role supports both preventative and reactive maintenance across our manufacturing environment.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am - 3:30pm
Pay: $28-$30/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Repair and maintain production machinery and equipment
- Assist with minor construction, repairs, and renovation projects
- Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
- Respond to work orders and emergency maintenance needs
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
- Support general facility upkeep and organization
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1–2+ years of facilities maintenance or related experience
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (plus)
- Experience with preventative maintenance practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
