Inventory Coordinator
Location: Sayreville or Jersey City (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $19.00 per hour
Interview Requirement: In-person interviews only
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Outbound Shipping Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve shipping issues efficiently. This is a fully on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate outbound shipments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
- Manage and monitor inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Partner with shipping and receiving teams to support efficient workflow
- Resolve shipping-related issues quickly and effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and reduce costs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills; able to work well under pressure
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
