The Packaging Operator plays a key role in ensuring pharmaceutical products are packaged accurately, safely, and in compliance with industry standards. This position supports daily production goals by operating equipment, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean, GMP‑compliant work environment.
Monday - Friday, 7am-3:30pm. Pay: $21-$22/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and perform changeovers on packaging equipment
- Stage, load, and replenish raw materials for production runs
- Conduct in‑process quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Follow batch records and SOPs with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with GMP and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient workflow and meet production targets
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Previous experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in pharmaceutical packaging
- Familiarity with GMP and cleanroom procedures is a plus
- Ability to read, understand, and follow batch records and SOPs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and effective communication skills
- Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on safety and efficiency
