Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Executive who is passionate about delivering excellent sales and support services. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer interaction, sales assistance, and after-sales services. This role requires an individual who can maintain strong client relationships, efficiently manage sales activities, and contribute to overall business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers via calls, emails, and chat support.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, chat platforms, and other channels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
- Demonstrate solid product knowledge to confidently present and pitch company products/services.
- Handle order processing, service requests, and complaints accurately and promptly.
- Provide suitable recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs.
- Support the sales team in lead generation and sales conversions to drive business growth.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and share market feedback with the team.
- Deliver after-sales support and resolve customer inquiries, issues, or grievances professionally.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and customer-first attitude at all times.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2 years’ experience in Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Solid negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and related sales/support software.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
- Prior experience in sales, lead generation, and customer support.
