Shifts: 8am-4:30pm, 9am-5:30pm, 10am-6:30pm, 11:30am-8pm

What You’ll Do:
• Handle high‑volume inbound/outbound calls supporting patient access, copay assistance, and care coordination
• Provide empathetic, concierge‑level “white glove” service to patients, physicians, and pharmacies
• Process claims accurately and efficiently
• Escalate issues appropriately and collaborate with Program Management, IT, and internal teams
• Guide patients through their full program journey—from eligibility and reimbursement to general support
• Perform additional duties as needed in a dynamic, service‑focused environment
What You Bring:
• 1+ year of healthcare, patient support, or case‑management experience in a high‑volume contact center (preferred)
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits, insurance, or medical billing (preferred)
• Familiarity with call center platforms (Five9, InContact) and third‑party systems (SelectRx, Pro‑Care, FSV) a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication with high emotional intelligence
• Adaptability, critical thinking, and a genuine passion for helping others
