Pay: $20–$21/hr (depending on shift)

A leading food manufacturing company specializing in high‑quality frozen products is hiring Stand‑Up Reach Forklift Operators for its Romeoville distribution facility. This warehouse operates in a refrigerated environment to maintain product freshness, so candidates must be comfortable working in cold conditions.
Position Overview
Operators will work inside a cold storage warehouse, so dressing warm is required. You’ll operate stand‑up reach trucks, move pallets, support production flow, and assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
Operate stand‑up reach forklifts safely and efficiently
Move pallets, stage materials, and support production lines
Load and unload trailers
Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement
Work in a refrigerated environment (cold storage)
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
Experience operating a stand‑up reach forklift
Ability to work in a cold environment (must dress warm)
Comfortable working Monday–Friday with potential overtime
Ability to lift warehouse‑standard weights
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
RF scanner experience preferred
