Customer Service Moving Coordinator
Location: Batavia, IL
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm
Pay: $23–$25/hr
A well‑established relocation and logistics company in Batavia is looking for a Customer Service Moving Coordinator to support customers throughout their move. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for customers during their relocation
Provide updates, answer questions, and ensure a smooth customer experience
Coordinate move dates, services, and logistics details
Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries
Review daily tasks and documentation in MoversSuite and Google Docs
Work closely with sales and operations teams
Schedule pre‑move surveys and review results
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Professional, patient, and solution‑oriented
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Customer‑facing experience required; relocation/logistics experience preferred
