Forklift Operators – Multiple Shifts
Location: Joliet & Elwood, IL
Pay: $18.50–$20.50/hr (depending on shift)
Schedule: Monday–Friday + Weekend Availability Schedules include rotating workdays, meaning you will work weekdays and some weekends depending on shift rotation.
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift (8‑hour & 10‑hour shifts available)

We are hiring experienced Forklift Operators for busy warehouse facilities in the Joliet and Elwood area. These roles offer consistent hours, weekly pay, and the opportunity to grow into a long‑term position. Candidates must have prior experience operating EPJ, sit‑down forklifts, or reach trucks.
Responsibilities
Operate EPJ, sit‑down forklift, or reach truck safely and efficiently
Load and unload trailers
Pick, pack, and stage orders
Use RF scanners to locate, track, and verify inventory
Move pallets and materials throughout the warehouse
Support general warehouse tasks as needed
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Requirements
Experience operating EPJ, sit‑down forklift, or reach truck
Ability to work Monday–Friday with weekend availability
Comfortable working 8‑hour or 10‑hour shifts
Ability to lift up to warehouse‑standard weights
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
