Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (Open to Direct Hire for exceptional candidates)
Start Date: October 6th
Salary: Base 50k (70k-100k OTE)
Schedule/Hours:
Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:15 PM
Alternating Saturdays, 11:00 AM – 7:15 PM (with a weekday off that same week – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday)
Hybrid Schedule: 4 days in-office, 1 day work-from-home (your choice)
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle inbound sales opportunities and provide consultative guidance to customers purchasing personal lines insurance products, including auto and home insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming sales calls to quote and sell insurance products (auto, home, renters, etc.).
Deliver an exceptional consultative sales experience to prospective customers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products across all lines of business.
Accurately document all customer interactions, quotes, and sales data into company systems.
Requirements & Qualifications
Contingent on passing Property & Casualty Licensing
College degree preferred.
Prior sales and/or insurance experience is a plus.
NJ Property & Casualty license preferred (or ability to obtain within first 4 weeks of employment).
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail with strong follow-through.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
