Inside Sales Representative – Insurance Industry
Location: Woodbridge (4 days in-office / 1 day remote)
Pay: $50,000 base + commission (OTE $70,000–$100,000+)
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (Direct Hire available for top candidates)

You’ll handle inbound calls only, guiding customers through auto, home, and renters insurance options while providing outstanding service and expert advice.
What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound calls to quote and sell personal lines insurance products (auto, home, renters, etc.).
Provide a consultative sales experience—listen to customer needs and recommend the right coverage.
Document all quotes, calls, and sales accurately in the system.
Stay up to date on product offerings and insurance requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Prior sales or insurance experience preferred (not required).
Ability to obtain a NJ Property & Casualty License within your first 4 weeks—we’ll pay for your training and license!
College degree preferred.
Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to succeed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:15 PM
Alternating Saturdays: 11:00 AM – 7:15 PM
(You’ll have a weekday off that same week — your choice of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday)
