Inside Sales Representative – Insurance (Inbound Only!)
Location: Woodbridge, NJ (4 days in-office / 1 day remote)
Pay: $50,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE $70,000–$100,000+)

You’ll handle inbound leads only—no cold outreach, no chasing prospects. Just real conversations with customers who want insurance solutions.
What You’ll Do
Answer inbound calls and provide quotes for auto, home, and renters insurance.
Deliver a consultative sales experience and recommend the best coverage options.
Close sales while maintaining accuracy in documentation and follow-up.
Stay current on coverage offerings, state requirements, and underwriting guidelines.
Who We’re Looking For
Excellent communicator with strong customer service skills.
Sales or insurance background is a plus—but not required!
Ready to earn your NJ Property & Casualty License within the first 4 weeks (we cover all costs).
Organized, detail-oriented, and driven to hit goals.
Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel.
College degree preferred.
Schedule
Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:15 PM
Alternating Saturdays: 11:00 AM – 7:15 PM
You’ll get one weekday off during your Saturday week (you choose: Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri)
