Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20–$22 per hour
PeopleShare is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Packaging Operator to join a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with production experience who are looking for long‑term stability and a clean, professional work environment.
Job Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
Previous production or manufacturing experience in a pharmaceutical packaging environment
Knowledge of GMP and safe material handling in a cleanroom setting (preferred)
Ability to accurately follow batch records and SOPs
Strong attention to detail to meet strict quality standards
Team‑oriented mindset with solid communication skills and dependable attendance
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and perform changeovers on packaging equipment
Stage and load raw materials for production runs
Conduct in‑process quality checks to ensure product integrity
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area following GMP and safety guidelines
Support production goals by ensuring efficient workflow and timely task completion
