About the Role:
As a Lease Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day lease operations while delivering top-tier customer service. This position is perfect for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent phone skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer and retailer inquiries via phone, email, and mail.
- Manage the Subaru Auto Leasing Corporation (SALL) operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders, deliveries, and lease bookings.
- Maintain expertise in lease contract paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Process accounting entries using lease servicing systems (Fiserv LeaseMaster) and Oracle.
- Make informed decisions regarding minor accident waivers, over-mileage charges, and late fees.
- Collaborate across departments and provide high-quality support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience handling customer inquiries with a focus on delivering excellent service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Preferred Skills:
- Automotive industry experience or familiarity with DMV systems and title processing.
- Background in office administration, logistics, or customer support.
- At least four years of relevant experience.
Soft Skills:
- Reliability and consistent follow-through.
- Clear and effective communication across teams and with external partners.
