Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-6:30PM, in office.
- Pay Rate: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
- Type: Contract Role for 2-3 months with opportunity to extend!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the first point of contact by answering and directing incoming calls professionally
- Support staff and events by assisting with ID badge creation, updating staff bios, and coordinating special events
- Maintain organization by managing the Center’s calendar and scheduling meetings
- Collaborate with the team to help organize Center-wide events
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High School diploma or GED required
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends
- Experience: At least three years of administrative experience, ideally in an education setting
