Production Supervisor Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Pay Rate: $70,000 - $85,000

Production Supervisor Job Description:
- Supervise daily operations to achieve optimum production output.
- Provide and organize training for the production team, ensuring staff understands processes, procedures, and safety standards.
- Lead by example, setting clear expectations and monitoring staff activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, driving the production of high-quality products.
- Write and update SOPs, Work Instructions, and other documentation to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Track overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and make improvements to optimize production capacity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, non-conformances, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support the tech transfer of products from product development to production.
- Manage the Bill of Materials in the ERP system, ensuring accurate inventory and resource management.
Production Supervisor Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or a related field OR a minimum of 2 years of additional relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing supervision.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Solid company-centric ideology with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Background check and 5-panel drug test required.
