HR Generalist Job Details:
- Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm
- Pay Rate: $60k/year

HR Generalist Job Description:
- Coordinate and manage recruitment activities, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, offering guidance and resolving issues effectively
- Address employee conflicts, disciplinary actions, and grievances in a fair and timely manner
- Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal programs and performance improvement plans
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, eligibility, changes, and employee inquiries
- Identify training needs and assist in developing employee training programs.
HR Generalist Job Requirements:
- HR experience in outdoor power equipment and/or retail sales preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related
- 3+ years of experience in human resources
