CAD Technician Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM
- Pay Rate: $18 to $23 per hour

CAD Technician Job Description:
- Use Computer Aided Design (CAD) software to create production drawings from field colleague templates, vector files, and dimensional specifications.
- Modify and revise existing drawings to reflect design changes or improvements.
- Assist with project planning and scheduling by providing accurate time estimates for drafting tasks.
- Ensure all drawings are up-to-date and properly documented.
- Coordinate with other colleagues to ensure drawings meet customer/project specifications.
- Maintain an organized file system for production drawings.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain compliance and improve design quality.
- Make decisions based on work instructions and design tolerances, and refer most questions to your supervisor for accuracy.
CAD Technician Job Requirements:
- Associate's degree or certificate in CAD technology, drafting, engineering technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Strong technical drawing and drafting skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Solid company-centric ideology, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Background check and 5-panel drug test required.
