Maintenance Technician Job Details:
- Schedule: 8am-5pm M-F (1 hour lunch break)
- Pay Rate: $52,000-62,400 (25-30/hr)
Maintenance Technician Job Description:
- Conducts preventative maintenance on plant production equipment and support systems and respond to emergency repairs as needed.
- Operates shop equipment including hand/power tools, measuring devices and material handling equipment as needed.
- Performs a variety of plumbing, electrical and carpentry installation and repairs.
- Continually build on and enhance the Safety culture through Toolbox Talks, Safety Committee training, and other impactful techniques.
- Conducts Safety inspections including, but not limited to fire extinguishers, fire risers, AED, and eye wash stations.
- Responsible for all near miss/injury investigations and corrective actions.
