Job Title: Assembly Line Lead

Location: Horsham, PA
Schedule/Hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM (Half Day)
- 40 hours/week with potential overtime.
Compensation:
- Starting from $19-21.00 an hour
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
- Eligible for performance bonuses twice per year
Job Description:
- Lead assembly line team to meet production goals, collaborating with Plant Leader on scheduling and resource allocation.
- Improve efficiency and minimize waste by assessing and optimizing assembly processes; troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Train and supervise employees, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to safety protocols and Code of Conduct.
- Maintain clear communication with leadership and cross-functional teams, reporting on production status and challenges.
- Delegate tasks to support employee growth and perform basic maintenance to sustain workflow.
- Oversee 5S standards, manage component shortages, and handle returned materials to minimize waste.
- Participate in performance reviews, disciplinary processes, and support team cohesion across production.

Preferred Skills/Requirements:
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in a supervisory or lead-person role in a teamwork oriented environment.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing systems and good manufacturing practices (GMP’s).
- A/S in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience, desired but not required.
- At least two years of experience in a similar role.
