Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
Job Description: As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success. Your primary responsibilities will involve leading and managing teams to create a positive work environment focused on achieving business goals. You will promote a culture of coaching, development, and teamwork while ensuring effective communication of expectations and results. Understanding and exceeding our yearly business objectives, initiatives, and productivity targets will be crucial, and you'll work on identifying and implementing projects and processes to achieve these goals. Effective communication with our field and production personnel, as well as collaboration with various departments like customer service, materials, and logistics, will be vital to ensure operational success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (business or engineering preferred)
- MBA (optional)
- 2+ years of leadership experience (Manufacturing experience preferred)
- Excellent problem-analysis and strategic-thinking abilities
- Experience working within teams and a demonstrated commitment to Customer Service
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to drive improvements within the organization and persuade and influence others
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, decision-making, adapting, and meeting deadlines
- Ability to travel to other company plants and locations, as needed
