SCHEDULE/HOURS: Mon- Fri 9am-5pm - able to work remotely 1 day per week.
Pay Rate: $60,000-$75,000 year based on previous experience
Litigation Legal Admin Assistant Responsibilities:
- Typing pleadings, briefs, correspondence and email
- Handling electronic filing and physical court filings
- Maintain calendars, and scheduling
- Using e-discovery system and MS Office
- Coordinate legal billing
- Perform filing, copying, scanning, as other general clerical duties
Litigation Legal Admin Assistant Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years of previous experience as a litigation legal admin assistant
- Able to lift files and bend/ stand as needed
- Able to work independently and a team player
- Excellent client service skills and able to meet deadlines
