Job Details for Administrative Assistant:
- Payrate: $18 hour
- Mon- Fri 8am-5pm. Mon and Fri are work from home and Tues, Wed, Thurs are in office in Jenkintown
- Temp to hire position
- Computer equipment provided
- Must be able to work extended hours during peak seasons
Job Responsibilities & Description for Administrative Assistant:
- Perform general office responsibilities
- Provide customer service, expense report reconciling and event management
- Handle confidential information and data in a professional manner
Requirements for Administrative Assistant
- 2 years of experience working as part of a team in an office environment
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to work non-traditional hours is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, especially with Google spreadsheets
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organization and time management skills
