- At least 1 year of experience working as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or within customer service in an office environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Sheets.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High organizational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly and pleasant phone presence.
- Excellent written communication, including proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
- Outstanding oral communication skills.
