Position Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Personal Injury Paralegal to support our attorneys and deliver top-tier legal services.

Personal Injury Paralegal Job Description:
- Assist two attorneys with drafting legal documents, pleadings, and discovery requests (NJ & PA cases).
- Schedule depositions, file pleadings, and manage discovery requests.
- Transcribe attorney dictation and maintain case files.
- Communicate with clients, doctors, witnesses, and interpreters.
- Organize transportation and travel for clients.
- Manage legal calendars, court dates, and case deadlines.
- File court documents and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Collect medical records and verify billing.
- Draft complaints, motions, and discovery documents.
Personal Injury Paralegal Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of experience OR 5+ years of experience without a degree.
- Knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and research methods (NJ & PA).
- Experience with Needles, Litify, or similar case management software (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
