Job Details for Full Time Office Admin
- Schedule: (Monday - Friday) 8AM-5PM, 1 hour lunch
- Pay Rate: $18-20/HR
Job Responsibilities for Full Time Office Admin:
- Greet and direct clients and visitors
- Answer phone calls and transfer to the proper individual
- Performing data entry and filing tasks.
- Prepares reports for meetings within MS Office
- Providing general administrative support to office management
Job Requirements for Full Time Office Admin:
- At least 3 months of office experience
