Machine Helper Job Details:
- Pay Rate: $18
- Schedule: Monday– Thursday 2pm- 12:30am
- Job Type: Full-Time; Temp to perm
- Location: Emmaus, PA
Machine Helper Responsibilities:
- Read all orders and special instructions thoroughly; communicate any unclear or unusual details to the machine operator or supervisor.
- Set up the bundling area efficiently to support maximum machine productivity.
- Create neat, accurate bundles according to order specifications or supervisor instructions.
- Assist the machine operator to meet production requirements in a timely and organized manner.
- Continuously monitor product quality to ensure it meets company standards.
- Support preventative maintenance efforts, including cleaning with pressurized air or other approved methods to maintain machine efficiency.
- Notify the machine operator or supervisor immediately of any breakdowns or issues affecting machine performance.
Machine Helper Requirements:
- Ability to read production orders accurately and interpret schematic drawings.
- Proficient in using a tape measure to verify product accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong bundling and stacking skills to maintain production flow without delays.
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
