PeopleShare is partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Bethlehem, PA, seeking multiple Production Associates.
Production Associate Job Details:
- Schedule: Day Shift 5am-5:10pm (2-2-3 rotating schedule) OR Night Shift 5:10pm (2-2-3 rotating schedule)
- Pay Rate: $21-22/hr
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Bethlehem, PA
Production Associate Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and set up production machinery, including basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance.
- Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure products meet company, safety, and customer standards.
- Assist with material handling, assembly tasks, and packaging of finished goods.
- Accurately record production data, work orders, and daily output.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals, deadlines, and efficiency targets.
Production Associate Requirements:
- Must have prior manufacturing experience
- Quality inspection or quality check experience is a strong plus.
