Shifts Available: 2nd, 3rd, and Night Swing Shift

Join a team that provides high‑quality vacuum heat treating and brazing services to some of the most recognized companies in the industry. As a Furnace Operator, you’ll receive hands‑on training from experienced team members and develop specialized skills that open the door to long‑term growth.
No experience? No problem. If you bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and basic math skills, we’ll teach you the rest.
Available Shifts
2nd Shift
Tuesday–Friday 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
3rd Shift
Tuesday–Friday 10:00 PM – 8:30 AM
Night Swing Shift
6:00 PM – 6:30 AM Rotating schedule (3–4 day work week)
Week 1: Monday, Thursday, Friday
Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday
Furnace Operator Responsibilities:
Planning and changing out furnace loads
Packing and unpacking orders
Operating furnaces and shop equipment
Following project instructions, labeling, and packaging requirements
Configuring and monitoring furnace settings, recorders, and vacuum gauges
Operating a forklift and overhead crane as needed
Furnace Operator Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Basic math skills
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to lift, bend, reach, and stand for long periods
Forklift or overhead crane experience/licensure is a plus
