Production Laboratory Assistant
Location: Frederick, MD
Pay Range: $17.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Support and complete tasks according to the established Production schedule
- Work within an ISO 9001–compliant Quality System to maintain high service standards
- Generate, complete, and maintain required production documentation
- Conduct routine checks on instruments and equipment to ensure proper function
- Maintain logs, records, and documentation for ongoing equipment performance
- Clean and sanitize production areas regularly to prevent biofilm or bacterial buildup
- Learn basic bacteriology for sterility and performance testing of components and finished products
- Use Windows‑based software for reporting and company communications
- Maintain a professional attitude and wear appropriate laboratory attire
- Attend internal meetings as assigned
- Assist with in‑house demonstrations when needed
- Maintain professional relationships with coworkers, customers, vendors, and industry contacts
- Perform additional related duties as required

- Willingness to learn aseptic technique and basic bacteriology
- Comfortable working with production equipment and laboratory tools
